~~I have spent the night watching the induction ceremony online. The show began at 3am, my time, and the clock was pointing 7 am when Metallica finally went on stage.
It was a long waiting but it was worth it.
~~Metallica is the band i grew up with. I was only 11 when I listened to one of their songs for the first time...and the song was called One.
~~Metallica was there for me - for good and for bad, singing about feelings i have felt too, about situations I have been through too, making me aware that i wasn't alone.
~~These powerful alchemists, these masterful wizards of noise and sound, these skilled masters of words and meanings wrapped up in harmonies and chords..these are the men I call my HEROES and to whom I send my deepest respect, gratitude and love.

~~ Having the opportunity to see and hear Jason Newsted playing again with the other 4 cats was a blessing...I wish he'd never leave the band again!!!!

~~After 26 years of career Metallica got Inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!
